HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
UK Postage
Small parcel (A4 prints) £2.00
Large parcel (A3 & A2 prints) £4.00
Orders over £44 get free postage.
All unframed prints are sent first class which normally takes between 1-3 days to arrive, although we know in some areas around the UK, Royal Mail is taking a little longer.
All framed prints, once packaged, are sent recorded, 48 hour delivery.
International Postage
We are currently not shipping to Europe.
Shipping to the rest of the world is:
Small parcel (Value £44 and under) £10.00
Large parcel (Value over £44) £20.00
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you’d like to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it by emailing hello@lucylovesthis.co.uk. We’ll then send you the address to return your order to.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, and return postage is your responsibility. Please package your return carefully, as we can’t issue a refund for items that arrive damaged.
For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on personalised or bespoke orders, or cards that include a handwritten message.

CAN YOU FRAME MY ORDER?
You can find all the details of our frames here. We can frame all our A4 and A3 prints. Unfortunately we can't frame any of our larger prints, but they are standard sizes so should be easy to find frames elsewhere.
PRICING
VAT is included in the prices. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
