HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Small parcel (A4 prints) £1.50
Large parcel (A3 & A2 prints) £3.50
All unframed prints are sent first class which normally takes between 3-5 days to arrive, although we know in some areas around the UK, Royal Mail is taking a little longer.
All framed prints, once packaged, are sent recorded, next day delivery.
We are currently unable to deliver internationally but we hope to do so again soon.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
If after you've received your order, you'd like to return it, you have 7 days from receiving it to let us know you've like to return it.
To return order, you must inform us in writing by emailing email@example.com and we'll let you know the address to return it to.
You must return the Products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If the item returns to us damaged in anyway, we will not be able to issue a refund.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.

CAN YOU FRAME MY ORDER?
You can find all the details of our frames here. We can frame all our A4 and A3 prints. Unfortunately we can't frame any of our larger prints, but they are standard sizes so should be easy to find frames elsewhere.
If you return a Product to us: (a) because you have cancelled the order within the seven-day cooling-off period (see above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. (b) for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
VAT is included in the prices. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
All intellectual property rights in our designs and products (and in the images, text and design of this website) are and will remain the property of Lucy Loves This LTD. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued seriously.
