We hope you love your LucyLovesThis order, but if you’ve changed your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.
How to return an item
Please email hello@lucylovesthis.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a return. We’ll send you the address to return your order to.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please package your return carefully, as we can’t refund items that arrive damaged.
Return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
Items we can't accept as returns
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Personalised or bespoke orders
- Cards with a handwritten message
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
For standard returns, we’ll refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge. Return postage is not refundable.
If an item is faulty or defective, please contact us at hello@lucylovesthis.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help. Where an item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll refund the item, the original delivery charge and any reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for your original order.
